Wedding Coordination

Now that you have settled on the date, confirmed the church and banquette hall are available, decided between chocolate and white, a band or a DJ, sit-down dinner verses buffet ... who's going to make sure that eveyything falls into place for the big day. The weeks leading up to the big day, shouldn't be filled with stress ... let 44°N confirm your vendors, communicate the final guest count to the caterer and make sure the photographer has list of poses you want.

"Day Of Services"

If you have already worked out the majority of the details, but wish to hand off the final confirmations to a professional, 44°N is here to help. "Day of" coordination will continue where you left off and tie up all lose with your vendors to assure that everything comes together.

Day of Coordination includes a face-to-face meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to review your plans and contracts. As an option, Day of Coordination can also include rehearsal direction.

Day of Coordination includes:

• Unlimited Phone & E-mail Contacts
• Confirmation with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding date
• Scheduling and Timelines
• We will arrive 1 hour before the ceremony and remain on site until all formalities are complete.
• Assure proper seating arrangements, favors, cake table, guest book table, gift table for your reception
• Coordinate and assist all vendors the day of your event, so you and your family can enjoy your special day without any problems
• Handling of Vendor payments and gratuities
• For an additional fee, we can provide a personal assistant to the bride

Rehearsal Direction includes:

• Provide a detailed printed schedule of ceremony events, roles and responsibilities; that will be handed out to everyone attending the rehearsal.
• Review usher and head usher assignments and advise on escort procedures.
• Confirm rehearsal dinner location and attendance
